Cool-Skin™LT Blanket

This economical version of our standard Cool-SkinTM blanket is a perfect solution to minimize hot surface temperatures up to 300oF down to safe touch conditions.  Cool-SkinTMLT Blanket is a good choice to insulate a wide variety of irregular shaped components and equipment and unlike traditional insulation materials it does not emit fibrous particulates when handled or cut to size.

  • This highly effective thermal protection product is manufactured as a flexible closed cell and lightweight elastomeric sheet with a smooth and durable surface. It is ideal for a wide variety of environments including heavy industrial applications and laboratory settings.
  • Cool-Skin™LT Blanket is equipped with a “peel and stick” sacrificial PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) on one side for easy installation.
  • To ensure that the desired degree of protection/insulation is achieved, Cool-Skin™LT Blanket can be used in multiple layers or in conjunction with other materials.
  • This user friendly blanket may be easily cut to size with a utility knife or simple pair of scissors to provide a custom fit for virtually any configuration of equipment.

Dimensional Data

Available in standard 48” wide rolls by 1/8” (3.175mm), 1/4” (6.35mm), 1/2” (12.7mm), and 1” (25.4mm) thicknesses.

Other sizes can be manufactured to your specification.
